Our Process

Inspection
Our technician will analyze the room and take notes regarding carpet type, soil level, damage, and any spots or stains that may require additional treatment over and above our full room Deep Clean.
Vacuum
2. Next the technician will vacuum to remove debris and loose soil from the carpet fibers and matting. We will also vacuum those hard to reach spots, such as along the baseboards and corners.
Pre-Conditioner
3. The carpet will then be sprayed with a safe, but effective solution that breaks down oils, grease, residue from previous spills, and past spot cleaners which all act as a host allowing soil to adhere to the carpet fibers not allowing them to come out when vacuumed.
Agitation
4. Additionally we use a C.R.B (Counter Rotating Brush Machine) which scrubs and agitates the solution into the carpet. This process evenly spreads the solution over all of the carpet fibers while rooting up pet hair, dust mites, soil, or anything else that calls your carpet home. All of this will become suspended in the liquid awaiting the rinse and extraction.
Rinse and Extract
5. Hot water extraction is next. This is where we kill and remove everything from your carpet that doesn’t belong there. The extraction wand has multiple jets which blasts 240 degree water down into the carpet base killing and flushing out microorganisms, allergens, dust mites, and all of the cleaning solution which now contains the host residue, previously attached soil, previous cleaning products, and other junk which doesn’t belong there. Simultaneously all of this will be extracted through a powerful vacuum and sent directly out to our truck’s dump tank. We take everything with us but your smile! Your carpet is left clean, bright, and healthy with no residue left behind. You're going to love us!!
Rake and Inspect
6. Finally, the technician will rake the carpet so the fibers stand back up and look new again. Now your carpet is left clean, spotless, and residue free.

Protection
We strongly suggest protection for all carpet which can extend its life and prevent damage from harmful dirt and spills. It also defends against everyday wear and tear like foot traffic and vacuuming. Adding carpet protector is a great way to preserve the results of every carpet cleaning. We strongly suggest protection if you have kids and pets. When you spill something on most unprotected carpets, the fibers absorb the mess creating stains and odors. Carpet protection works by repelling dirt from the carpet fibers and preventing them from absorbing the spills.

Our Strange Relationship with Carpet
Let’s think for a moment as to where the soles of our shoes have been in the course of a day. Walking on a sidewalk under birds perched above. Crossing an intersection, spending a few hours at the mall, or a day at work. We would never consider coming home and wiping our shoes off on our face towel, setting our shoes on the kitchen counter, on our pillow, or setting them on our dinner table when preparing to eat.
Yet, we walk all over the most expensive per square foot material in our home. Our carpet! Carpet is a filter trapping dangerous air pollutants like pollen, fungi, chemicals, and bacteria which then becomes infested with dust mites which can trigger asthma attacks. Pet hair, pet urine, dead skin cells, dust, insect husks, mold, volatile organic compounds, microorganisms, and many other types of allergens cling to carpet fibers. A single carpet fiber can hold as much as four times its weight in dirt.
This is why we don’t have multiple levels of cleaning at multiple prices.
